Warranty

No liability will be assumed for any damage, abuse, exposure or misuse including but not limited to the following: 

• Unsuitable and improper use
• Incorrect or negligent treatment
• The disregard of instructions for use and calibration
• Having been opened, dismantled or attempted repaired by an unauthorised third party
• Exposure to water or other environment beyond the rating of the item  
• Improper treatment by chemical or physical agents  

Sonatest should be advised immediately on suspecting that an item requires repair or replacement. Items should be returned to Sonatest adequately packed for transit, insured against loss or damage and accompanied by a written report detailing circumstances of failure and fault description. The customer is responsible for the cost of packing, carriage and insurance to return the item. Sonatest will bear the costs of packing and carriage for return of products or parts to the customer, after repair or replacement by Sonatest.
