Customer Loyalty is hard to earn and very easy to lose, that's why Sonatest Service has a commitment to ensure that we meet your expectations every time you deal with us.
Sonatest want you to experience the highest possible standard of service through the knowledge of our experienced staff, using cost-effective procedures and genuine manufacturer's parts.
Our Service Commitment:
- Confirmation of unit arrival will be provided within 24 hours.
- We expect to complete most calibrations within 7 working days of receipt of confirmation.
- We endeavour to complete repairs to Sonatest manufactured equipment within 7 working days from date of receipt or authorisation to repair.
- All repairs have a warranty period of 3 months on parts fitted.
- We use our best endeavours to offer model support for 5 years after last production date.
Service & Repair Frequently Asked Questions
Please contact sales@sonatest.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will receive an RMA sheet to provide details about the repair. The RMA number will serve as the tracking reference along with the purchase order.
Upon the arrival of your unit at our service centre, you will receive confirmation within 24 hours, ensuring you are informed at every step.
Most calibrations are completed within 7 working days following the receipt of confirmation.
Repairs to Sonatest manufactured equipment are completed within 7 working days from the date of receipt or authorization to repair, ensuring minimal downtime for your operations. Any repairs that will take longer than 7 days will be reported to you to keep you informed of the reason and estimated finish date.
All repairs come with a 3-month warranty on the parts fitted, providing you with peace of mind in the reliability and longevity of the service performed.
Sonatest endeavours to provide model support for 5 years following the last production date, ensuring continued functionality and support for your equipment.
