XEO with Mini Dock

The XEO’s unique Mini Dock architecture allows you to configure the system with exactly the hardware required for your specific application. Rather than purchasing a fixed configuration, the modular design enables you to select only the interfaces and capabilities you need.

For example, if your application requires PA with single or dual IPEX connectors, the system can be configured accordingly. If UT connections for TOFD inspections are required, these can be integrated as part of the configuration. For more specialised applications, our team can also work with you to develop a custom hardware configuration tailored to your operational requirements.

The same philosophy has been applied to the software platform.

The baseline software package provides full support for Phased Array (PA) and TOFD inspections, enabling you to begin inspections immediately with the core methods most commonly required.
As your inspection requirements evolve, additional capabilities such as TFM / TFMi, Matrix Array probes, and other advanced inspection techniques can be enabled through simple software upgrades. These upgrades can be deployed without returning the instrument, allowing you to expand system capability quickly and with minimal disruption to operations.
